At American Express, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return and issue your credit within 7-10 business days.
